- Location Data: Real-time GPS location to match you with nearby drivers, show the trip on the map and provide navigation.
- Trip and Delivery Details: Pickup, stop and destination addresses; for deliveries, the recipient names and phone numbers you enter, the description of what is carried, and the cash amounts to collect or pay at each stop.
- Driver Documents: For driver partners, the driving licence, vehicle registration card, insurance, identity photo and vehicle photos submitted during onboarding.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, language and push-notification token.
- Usage Data: Trip history, ratings, app interactions and service usage patterns.
We do not collect card or bank details. Payment is made in cash directly to the driver.

- Calculate fares, record trips and cash amounts, and send related notifications.
- Match riders and senders with available drivers based on proximity.

- Drivers, Riders and Recipients: The information necessary to complete a trip: first name, pickup and stop addresses, phone number, and for deliveries the recipient contact and amounts declared for each stop.
- Service Providers: Third-party companies that help us operate (maps and routing, cloud hosting, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting).
- Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, secure servers, and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
