1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Servlyze applications ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Servlyze provides a technology platform that connects riders and senders with independent driver partners for passenger transport and delivery services in Algeria. Servlyze is not a transportation carrier. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Servlyze.
3. User Accounts
You must register an account to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
4. Rider and Sender Terms
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- You agree to treat drivers with respect and to comply with all applicable laws during the trip.
- Fares are calculated from distance, service type and the waiting time you select. The fare is shown before you confirm and does not change afterwards, except when you cancel or a stop fails as described below.
- Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel after a driver has accepted your trip.
5. Deliveries and Cash on Delivery
- When you order a delivery, you declare each stop, the recipient's name and phone number, what is carried, and any cash the driver must collect from the recipient or pay on your behalf.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of this information and for the lawful nature of what is carried. Prohibited items include anything illegal, dangerous or perishable beyond the planned duration of the run.
- Waiting time is selected per stop before confirmation. The first 3 minutes at each stop are free. If a recipient is not available within the planned time, the driver may mark the stop as failed and continue the run.
- Cash collected and parcels not delivered are brought back to the return point declared in the order.
- At the end of the run, the app shows the amounts and parcels the driver has to hand back. Both the driver and you confirm this handover. If you do not confirm, the driver may close the trip and the declared amounts remain recorded as outstanding.
6. Driver Terms
- Drivers must hold a valid driver's licence and meet all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Vehicles must be roadworthy, registered and properly insured. Documents are reviewed by Servlyze before activation and may be re-checked at any time.
- Drivers are independent contractors and responsible for their own taxes and expenses.
- Servlyze charges a commission on each completed trip, shown in the driver app, and issues a periodic statement of earnings.
- Drivers must hand back all cash collected and all undelivered parcels at the return point and confirm the handover in the app.
7. Payments
Fares are paid in cash directly to the driver at the end of the trip. Servlyze does not process card or online payments. All fares include applicable taxes and fees as displayed before confirmation.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or to carry prohibited items.
- Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against any user.
- Tampering with or attempting to hack the Service.
- Creating fake accounts or providing false information.
9. Limitation of Liability
Servlyze provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding service availability or quality of transportation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servlyze shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be resolved through our support channels. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Algeria.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
