1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Servlyze application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Servlyze provides a technology platform that connects riders with independent driver partners for transportation services. Servlyze is not a transportation carrier. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Servlyze.

3. User Accounts

You must register an account to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4. Rider Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You agree to treat drivers with respect and comply with all applicable laws during your trip.
  • Fares are calculated based on distance, time, service type, and demand. The estimated fare is shown before booking.
  • Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel after a driver has been dispatched.

5. Driver Terms

  • Drivers must hold a valid driver's license and meet all local regulatory requirements.
  • Vehicles must pass safety inspections and be properly insured.
  • Drivers are independent contractors and responsible for their own taxes and expenses.
  • Servlyze charges a commission on each completed trip as outlined in the driver agreement.

6. Payments

Payment is processed at the end of each trip. We support cash payments and digital payment methods. All fares include applicable taxes and fees as displayed before booking.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against any user.
  • Tampering with or attempting to hack the Service.
  • Creating fake accounts or providing false information.

8. Limitation of Liability

Servlyze provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding service availability or quality of transportation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servlyze shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be resolved through our in-app support system. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Servlyze operates.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
